The purpose of this Request for Quotation (“RFQ”) is to obtain bid submissions (“Bids”) for the removal, disposal and new construction of the asphalt and granular base of the Westbrook Park Tennis Court, including new tennis net posts, centre net anchors, new tennis nets, and court painting including both pickleball and tennis game play line markings for The Municipality of Middlesex Centre (“the Municipality”).
