The purpose of this Request for Tender (“RFT”) is to obtain bid submissions (“Bids”) for
the construction of the Komoka Municipal Drainage Works Union Ave Branch for The Municipality of Middlesex Centre
(“the Municipality”) in accordance with OPSS MUNI General Conditions of Contract,
OPSD, OPSS, and the Engineer’s Report containing Special Provisions and
Construction Specifications (GMBP File: 519019 dated July 2022).
