The Municipality of Middlesex Centre (“the Municipality”) is seeking proposal submissions (“Proposals”) for architectural and engineering services for building permit, design, contract documents and contract administration in relation to the modernization renovation of the Coldstream Municipal Office located at 10227 Ilderton Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre as noted in the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) document(s). |

In accordance with the corporate Procurement of Goods & Services Policy (Policy No. CPS.21.01), dated January 1, 2021, Bid No. RFP-CMS-2022-01 was publicly tendered utilizing Bids & Tenders, an online portal that connects suppliers providing various goods and services to buyers from the Municipal, Provincial, Education, Crown Corporation, Housing, Construction and Healthcare sectors and Private companies from across Canada.
Following the submission of bids on September 8, 2022, nine (9) submissions were received through the Bids & Tenders portal.
