The purpose of this Request for Tender (“RFT”) is to obtain bid submissions (“Bids”) for the removal and replacement of culvert (C-576) for The Municipality of Middlesex Centre (“the Municipality”) in accordance with OPSD,OPSS, Municipal Design Standards, general conditions and special provisions. |
