The Municipality of Middlesex Centre (“the Municipality”) is seeking proposal submissions (“Proposals”) for the detailed design, associated construction tender package, and construction administration for the reconstruction, urbanization, and municipal servicing of Parkland Place (between Kilworth Park Drive and Elmhurst St) and Elmhurst Street (between Glendon Drive and Parkland Place). The detailed design assignment, tender package, and construction administration will include all applicable geotechnical investigations, surveys, and any applicable MNRF and conservation authority permits, traffic control plans, and any other permits or plans required to reconstruct, urbanize, and service Elmhurst Street and Parkland Place.
