The purpose of this Request for Tender (“RFT”) is to obtain bid submissions (“Bids”) for the cleanout of the Valleyview SWM facility – including the implementation of sediment and erosion controls, dewatering of the stormwater management facility and implementation of effective inflow bypass controls, removing sediment from the stormwater management facility (forebay and main cell), and disposal of sediment and site restoration to original or better condition – for The Municipality of Middlesex Centre (“the Municipality”) in accordance with Middlesex Centre Infrastructure Design Standards (2018).
