The purpose of this RFT is to solicit submissions for the installation and commissioning of pre-purchased blower equipment, including but not limited to: 

  • Construction of a new concrete pad in the blower room
  • Installation of the new pre-selected turbo blower, including electrical upgrades
  • Commissioning and testing of new equipment 
  • Demolition and removal of existing blower equipment
